Insurance Information

Do I need insurance to visit the dentist?

While having dental benefits is sometimes helpful, it should never be a determining factor for treatment. Many of our patients do not have insurance and pay for their treatment with pre-payment treatment plans or other payment options like cash, check, credit card or CareCredit. Other patients do have insurance through an employer or self-bought.

Lakeshore Dental is an unrestricted provider, which means we can work with all types of dental benefits. We are not contracted with any specific insurance companies. This allows our doctors and providers to continue to give you the highest quality of care and service our patients have expected for over 30 years. They do not allow insurance companies to dictate the terms of your health care.

Our office will submit your treatment to your insurance company, you pay for the services in full the day of treatment and receive a 5% discount.  Your insurance reimbursement portion will be mailed directly to you in most cases and there is never a balance owed.

PLEASE NOTE:  WE, UNFORTUNATELY, CANNOT SUBMIT TO BADGER CARE.
