Payment in full is expected on the day of service/treatment. All payment types, except CareCredit, you will receive a 5% discount with your payment in full.

Our office will submit your treatment to your insurance company, in most cases, your insurance reimbursement will be mailed directly to you, and there is never a balance owed.
