GREAT PATIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM

Lakeshore Dental would not be the dental practice it is without the support it receives from the community around us.  We want to thank the patients who support us by giving back to them!  Your referral of a friend or family member* is the greatest compliment we can receive.  We hope you are so excited about your dentist and hygienist that when someone mentions needing a new dentist you tell them all about Lakeshore Dental and the positive dental experience you had, not to mention the adorable office labrador, Kenai.  Your referral will get you rewarded.

Here’s how it works:

You refer a friend or family member* to Lakeshore Dental.  They schedule a New Patient appointment and mention your name as the person who referred them to the practice.  Once they have their New Patient appointment, you will receive a $25 gift certificate from Lakeshore Dental that you may use for future services or products in the office, such as whitening kits, electric toothbrushes, or prescription toothpaste.

 

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make!  As long as the referral results in a New Patient appointment you will receive the referral program reward.
