Your Child’s First Dental Visit
Lakeshore Dental prides itself on being a dentist for the whole family. A child’s memories of their first dental appointment can stay with them for years to come, so to ensure the best possible experience, we invite children to come and watch mom or dad’s appointment. This helps your child feel more comfortable during their appointment.
We also have Kenai, our office dog, who likes to help make the visit less scary.
We ask that any children under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are not able to be present, please let us know in advance and we will forward our electronic consent form by text or email.
Bring Your Smile
Before your child’s first appointment you will receive an electronic New Patient Welcome Packet and Children’s Health History form. Please complete and submit this form before the appointment. If you prefer a paper copy of the form we can mail one as long as time allows for the postal service.
